Steven Krane, CSCP (Chief Sales Channel Pusher)

Steven Krane is a career entrepreneur. In 1987. Mr. Krane founded Horizon Meat & Seafood of Virginia, Inc. and helped build Horizon into one of the nation’s largest food direct sales company with sale over 400 distributors nationwide. 

Within the past 10 years, Mr. Krane has worked extensively in the direct response television industry such as QVC and HSN where he has been responsible for selling more than a thousand new products with a long list of clients such as Carol Alt, Simmons Bedding, TimePieces International and many more.

Mr. Krane is a past President of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.



Phil Masiello, CSCM (Chief Sales Channel Marketer)

Mr. Masiello brings unparalleled experience in the consumer products channel. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Masiello has been instrumental in developing unique strategies, integrating innovative concepts into the retail channel and removing costs within the retail supply chain.

Mr. Masiello has spent over 20 years in the consumer products industry. Mr. Masiello has held several senior management positions with manufacturers and retailers and was instrumental in the re-branding of several retail companies. Mr. Masiello has also founded several businesses from business plan startup through the companies growth and eventual sale. In addition to this expertise in strategy and entrepreneurship, Mr. Masiello has also led teams who turned around money losing divisions within larger companies, by focusing on delivering high quality products, while streamlining the supply chain processes.

Mr. Masiello holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland. In addition, Mr. Masiello is involved in several industry groups focused on business strategy as well as supply chain management.
